Five golfers, four rounds, one honest scoreboard for who's buying the next round.

01 Admin
Tournament timing and the golfer pool — both admin-managed to keep the field and the schedule consistent for everyone.
Tournament start
Until this time, everyone's picks are hidden except their own. After it, all picks reveal — but editing still needs each team's PIN, and only for rounds nobody's played yet.
Round control
Manually mark when each round starts and ends — this is what actually drives sub/boost locking, daily fines, and which rounds the Update Scores button is allowed to touch. Nothing is inferred from the data.
Import golfers from a Google Sheet
Publish your sheet as CSV (File → Share → Publish to web → choose the sheet → CSV), then paste that link here. Existing golfers are matched by name and updated; new names are added. Amateur and Developing country columns are optional — leave a row blank in those columns and it defaults to "no".
Amateur/Developing columns accept TRUE/FALSE, YES/NO, Y/N, or 1/0 — case doesn't matter. A row missing rank is only accepted if it's marked Amateur; professionals still need a World Ranking.
Add a golfer manually
Tick Amateur for the mandatory amateur slot — World Ranking and nationality aren't required for amateurs. "Developing country" still isn't formally defined by the rules, so tag that however your group agrees.
Live scores source
Powers the "Update scores" button on the Scoring tab. Wired up to the group's "Scores" tab by default (Player, R1, R2, R3, R4 columns) — only change this if the sheet moves.
Fallback column only matters if the sheet doesn't have a column literally named "R1"/"R2" etc for the round being viewed — otherwise those take priority automatically.
Pool
02 Teams
One amateur, four pros in the World Ranking bands below, two subs on the bench. The app enforces the selection rules live — one team per person, locked behind a PIN only you know.
Create a team
One team per person, matched by owner name. Pick your amateur, pros, and subs from the Golfer Pool once the team's created. Keep your PIN — you'll need it to edit your team later. There's no password recovery, so if you lose it, ask whoever's running the sheet to help via Supabase directly.
03 Subs & Boost
This is where you actually put a sub into play — who they replace and from which round — and declare your boost day. Locked while a round is in progress; only usable in the gaps between rounds.
04 Round Scoring
Each team's score-to-par for the golfer active in every slot that round, pulled straight from the group's Google Sheet — no manual entry.
Live scores
Updates all 4 rounds in one go, straight from the group's Google Sheet.
05 Standings
Lowest 4-round cumulative total wins. Ties break on total portfolio birdies, then total longest drive — bragging rights down to the last yard.
Live scores
Same button as Scoring — updates all 4 rounds from the group's Google Sheet.
06 Match Play Challenges
Call out anyone, any round, golfer vs. golfer. Everyone has to accept at least one challenge before the tournament ends, or it's a langarm.

07 Fines & Penalties
Daily bottom 3, overall bottom 3, sub usage, and match play losses are all logged automatically as soon as the scores that trigger them are entered. Track the video and any late tequila penalties below.
What's about to trigger
Preview only — nothing here is logged until every team has a total for that round (or all 4 rounds, for overall). Once triggered, it's added to the log below automatically.

Quick rundown before you dive in:
1An admin sets up the Golfer Pool and the Round 1 tee-off time in the Admin tab.
2Everyone builds their own team in Teams — 1 amateur + 4 pros + 2 subs on the bench, protected by a PIN only you know.
3Picks stay hidden from everyone else until tee-off. Once the tournament's live, Scoring, Standings, Match Play, and Fines all switch on.
4Full rulebook and every assumption this app makes is in the Rules tab any time you need it.
